Problems listening to Audio Recordings Online

One important distinction

The Webcast button is NOT the Audio listening button.  They are completely different links corresponding to totally different web locations and functions.  The Webcast operates only while events are live; whereas, the Course Recordings Page remains available long after your event has ended.

The Embedded Audio Player appears to be working, but I hear no sound

Please check your computer/amplifier volume.

Also note that some classes contain periods of silence.

If you click on the triangular play button to no avail...

1.  Adobe Flash Player is required to use the embedded audio player.  Please ensure that you have an up-to-date version of Flash (http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/).  Remember that both JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled.

2.  You can also update your browser or try another one altogether to rule out browser corruption, add-ons, or settings causing configuration issues.  We recommend the following browsers for the most secure and fast browsing experience:

    Firefox:  http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new

3.  There are some glitches in the newest version of Internet Explorer.  Reversion from version 9 to Internet Explorer 8 cures such issues.

4.  If you continue to experience difficulty operating the Embedded Audio Player, we suggest Downloading the Audio Recordings and then listening without reliance upon the Internet through the program that your computer usually applies for MP3 listening.
