The Invitation

You will need a special invitation in order to access your Course Community Online for the first time.   Your invitation will be sent after the first class meeting.  If you find that you are missing this invitation, please submit a request that it be replaced at:   http://support.theshiftnetwork.com/anonymous_requests/new.  Your course website will be either part of Shift Movement or hosted by Ning for ACE Training.  The personalized electronic invitation we send will send you to the appropriate site and guide you through the process of creating your own password, which is protected even from us.
 

1.  If you forgot your password and your Course Community Online is on Shift Movement, you can reset it at http://shiftmovement.com/forgot-password 

2.  For a Course Community Website on Ning, you can reset your password by finding the site from the list below and then clicking the “Forgot your password?” link just below the Sign In button.  

Please note that your Ning password is unique to your Ning account in particular, and is protected even from us.  It is not the password for the Course Recordings Page that we provided in your course emails.
