For Free Calls:
Your pre-event email contains a Webcast link that is unique for each call.
Just click on the blue, underlined word Webcast at the time of your program and enjoy!

For Free Conferences:
Your pre-event daily emails contain Webcast links that are unique for each segment of the conference.

Your Program Page, along with the full schedule events, also hosts Webcast links.
These will be located next to the title of each segment and only when the event is live.
If you are having trouble finding the page, add /program to the url address where you signed up.
Just click on the blue, underlined word Webcast at the time of your program and enjoy!

A PIN number is NOT necessary to join in listening via the live Webcast.
All you need is a computer that is somehow connected to the Internet.

All broadcasts originate in San Francisco, CA, USA, in the US - Pacific Time Zone.
Here is the handy Time Zone Converter link for your convenience:  http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com

If you choose to dial-in for small groups after listening to the main presentation via Webcast, that is absolutely fine.
Please be aware that there will be a pause of up to 60 seconds while you are manually added to a group.  If you encounter a long wait, please press '5' on your keypad and one of our assistants will help you.
