To change your password to the Customer Support Center, first log in:
Click the login link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Then enter your email address and current password.
After logging in, click the Profile link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, to take you to your Profile. Next, click the Actions button on the right side of your screen and select Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password. Then click the Change Password button. Your password change will be confirmed on the next screen.
