The two most common sources of Webcast confusion during Free Events:
1. Please double-check the broadcast time with respect to your own personal Time Zone. We broadcast all live calls and the free worldwide webcast from San Francisco, California, USA. This is ‘US Pacific Time.' Here is the handy Time Zone Converter for your convenience: http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com
2. If you are participating in a conference, please make sure that you have clicked on the Webcast link pertaining to the segment of your conference that is currently in session. Consult your Program Page for the full schedule of events and pertinent links.
A PIN number is NOT necessary to join in listening via the live Webcast
If a webcast is not functioning, we will generally be able to provide you with the link to a new and functional Webcast within minutes. Click the Welcome tab at the top left to return to the webcast landing page, and refresh that page until the new link appears. If you send us a message through the question-box and include your email address, we can reply to you with the new Webcast link as soon as it becomes available.
Bandwidth Issues
Your computer might drop the audio stream if it doesn’t have sufficient bandwidth. Simply click the triangular ‘Play’ button on the Webcast controls to reconnect. In some cases, it may take up to five tries to get a stable connection.
Flash Player
The webcast requires Flash Player. Please make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed (http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/).
