We have been getting many issues related to the latest version of Internet Explorer including inability to download or access recordings. We suggest reverting to previous version of IE or trying a different browser, particularly Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
It's also never a bad idea to make sure Flash is up to date. You can do that here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
