We broadcast all of our live events and class sessions from the San Francisco Bay Area in California, USA, which is Pacific Time.

The times that appear on our Course Homepages and Free Summit Event Pages are all synced with the current time zone settings on your device. No time zone conversion should be necessary! However, do ensure your device's time zone settings are correct to sync properly.

Daylight Savings Time

Daylight Savings Time is observed in the state of California, so please pay careful attention in the spring when time "springs ahead" by one hour and in the fall when time "falls back" again by one hour. We always send out announcements by email reminding participants of the time change.

We advise you double check class times during time-change seasons.
