The Shift Network offers closed captioning, along with transcripts in PDF format, to make our courses more accessible and user-friendly for our deaf and hard-of-hearing community, as well as anyone who needs the additional support of written words.

During each live class session
Live closed captions (supported by Rev.com) will be offered during your class sessions.
After each live class session
Transcripts and closed captions on video recordings will be available on the Course Homepage within one week after each live session. Transcripts for the previous week's session are usually posted 1–2 days prior to the next live session.
Closed captions on on-demand recordings
Closed captions are available when streaming the video online directly from the Course Homepage.
