How To Find Your Course Materials - LIVE ONLINE PROGRAMS

Recordings & Transcripts

Rest assured, if you miss any of the live classes, you can tune into the recordings at your convenience and still participate and benefit fully from the course.

Recordings become available on your Course Homepage within 48 hours of each live class broadcast, and transcripts within one week. Usually, the class audio is ready and posted first, followed by the video.

Log into the Shift Customer Access Website here.

For the Class Recordings:

• Click on the image or title of your course to be taken to its specific Homepage.
• Click on the Course Modules tab in the top menu, to be brought to that section.
• Click on the image or title of the Module you are interested in.
• Once on the Module page, you'll see the main class video recording in the center of your screen.
• Click the triangle icon (play button) to begin streaming the video, or click Audio Only, to stream the audio without the video.

For the Class Transcripts:

• Look under the main class video recording and click (or right-click with your mouse to Save) on the Download Transcript link to open or download the transcript.

Module Handouts & Homework (Deepening Practices)

For each Module, you can complete related exercises, practice new tools, and answer questions to accelerate your learning and integrate each week’s lesson. These supplemental materials, or 'Deepening Practices,' are posted in PDF format (sometimes as video excerpts). You can go through these at your own pace and timing( they do not need to be turned in).

Log into the Customer Access Website here:

1. Click on the image or name of your course to be taken to its specific homepage.
2. Scroll down and click on the icon for the Module you are interested in.
3. Once on the Module page, scroll down to the Module Resources section. You can view or download the documents from there.

Course Resources

Your program may have additional resources or supplemental materials that are recommended or provided by faculty to assist you in your journey.

Log into the Customer Access Website here:

1. Click on the image or name of your course to be taken to its specific homepage.
2. Click on the Course Resources tab in the main menu, to be brought to that section.
3. Click on a resource to open it (or save it, if it's a PDF):

Bonuses

All of your regular course bonuses and any special registration bonuses you qualify for can be found in the Bonus Material section of your Course Homepage.

1. Click on the image or name of your course to be taken to its specific homepage.
2. In the top menu, click on the Bonus Material link to bring you to the bottom of the homepage.
3. Click on the image or View Details for the bonus you wish to access.
