Course Format Overview - ON-DEMAND PROGRAMS

On-Demand programs are fully self-paced, which means you can access all of the teachings for each module via your Course Homepage and go through the sessions and handouts at your own timing and integration.

There are no physical materials to be shipped, nor any live components or start dates. All sessions have been pre-recorded, and you have ongoing access to all course content—via online streaming—unless refunded or otherwise specified.

Course Homepage

Each course has its own online website, which we refer to as your Course Homepage. Your purchase includes 24/7 online access to all course content. Everything you need will be available there, including:

• Audio (& often video) recordings for each Module
• Full written transcripts of each Module
• Deepening Practices Handouts for each Module
• Course Bonuses

Recordings & Transcripts

You are welcome to follow the modules in their original weekly-paced “live” course format, or you can pace the learning in any way you like.

Note: Module recordings are available for online streaming only (not downloadable). Transcripts and Handouts are posted as PDF's and are downloadable.

For the Module Recordings:

• Click on the image or title of your course to be taken to its specific Homepage.
• Click on the Course Modules tab in the top menu, to be brought to that section.
• Click on the image or title of the Module you are interested in.
• Once on the Module page, you'll see the main class video recording in the center of your screen.
• Click the triangle icon (play button) to begin streaming the video, or click Audio Only, to stream the audio without the video.

For the Module Transcripts:

• Look under the main class video recording and click (or right-click with your mouse, to Save) on the Download Transcript link, to open or download the transcript.

Module Handouts & Homework (Deepening Practices)

For each Module, you can complete related exercises, practice new tools, and answer questions to accelerate your learning and integrate each week’s lesson. These supplemental materials, or 'Deepening Practices,' are posted in PDF format (sometimes as video excerpts). You can go through these at your own pace and timing( they do not need to be turned in).

1. Click on the image or name of your course to be taken to its specific homepage.
2. Scroll down and click on the icon for the Module you are interested in.
3. Once on the Module page, scroll down to the Module Resources section. You can view or download the documents from there.

Course Resources

Your program may have additional resources or supplemental materials that are recommended or provided by faculty, to assist you in your journey.

1. Click on the image or name of your course to be taken to its specific homepage.
2. Click on the Course Resources tab in the main menu, to be brought to that section.
3. Click on a resource to open it (or save it, if it's a PDF):

Bonuses

All of your regular course bonuses and any special registration bonuses you qualify for can be found in the Bonus Material section of your Course Homepage.

1. Click on the image or name of your course to be taken to its specific homepage.
2. In the top menu, click on the Bonus Material link to bring you to the bottom of the homepage.
3. Click on the image or View Details for the bonus you wish to access.

Course Questions

On-demand programs all had a previous version that was held live. However, now that we are offering them as fully self-paced courses, the teacher is not available to answer questions.

Our new website doesn't currently allow us to remove the Instructor Q&A section. Our apologies! Although you aren't able to submit questions for the teacher, you can always send any technical course inquiries to our Support Team (see below).

You also have the opportunity to listen to questions and answers that come up in the teachings. The mentoring offered in the recorded class sessions provides learning opportunities for every student and can be just as potent as listening live. It is helpful to keep this in mind when going through the sessions.

When a particular teaching or practice touches you, ignites questions, or brings you to a breakthrough, be sure to allow yourself to pause and explore your experience or journal.

Since you have ongoing access to this course, you can take time to tune in to the lessons and complete the exercises more than once to sink deeper into the teachings and find gems of wisdom that you may have missed the first time.
