Can't Sign In? Email not Recognized? Error Message?

Are you trying to sign-in to your Course Homepage but getting an error message that your email address is not recognized in the system, or some other error message?

Let's troubleshoot that and get the issue resolved so that you can enjoy the course!

Here's what you need to know:

 

USING THE RIGHT SIGN-IN PAGE:

Each course that we offer has its own webpage where you can access all the course sessions and materials. 

Click here to access the sign-in page for your course(s). 

 

ENTERING THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS?:

The email address you sign in with needs to be the same one that you entered on the order form when you purchased the course. If you've got multiple email addresses, please make sure you're using the one you registered with, and make sure you're entering it correctly. That should resolve the issue for you but if not, read on.

 

TYPO IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN YOU ORDERED THE COURSE?

When you purchased the course, if you accidentally entered your email address incorrectly, then when you try to sign in with your correct email address, it won't be recognized in the system. If that's the issue, contact us right away and let us know what your correct email address is so we can fix up your account.

WITHDRAWN FOR NON-PAYMENT?

If a participant agrees to a monthly payment plan for their course fees and then defaults on their payments and does not resolve the issue within a reasonable amount of time, their registration may be put on hold until they contact us to make arrangements to resume their payment plan. If your access has been denied due to non-payment of your payment plan, please contact Customer Support.

MORE THAN ONE EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE?:

One final note. If you have purchased more than one course with The Shift Network, all courses that you purchased should show up for you when you sign-in using the method above. If some show up, and others do not, it's probably because you used different email address during the order process. We're happy to consolidate your accounts so you can access all your courses with one sign-in. Just contact Customer Support and we'll take care of it!
