Not Receiving Course Email?

Signed up for a course but not receiving access information or reminder emails?

Let's troubleshoot this by addressing the main reasons that we've found for people not receiving their email.

# 1. Looking in the correct email account?

It's pretty common these days for participants to have multiple email addresses and to forget which one they used when they registered for their course. If you have more than one email address, please check each one carefully for your course email. 

# 2. Email landing in your junk, spam or other box?

Another common situation is when email we send ends up going into your spam or junk mail instead of your inbox. Or for example with Gmail accounts, course email often lands in the Promotions box. Please search these places for your mail. If that is happening to you, you can:

  • Add courses@theshiftnetwork.com and orders@theshiftnetwork.com to your address book
  • Whitelist all email from @theshiftnetwork.com . Instructions for whitelisting can be found by clicking here.
  • Confirm your email address with us

 

# 3. Did you ever unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving email from us?

If so, you'll need to contact us and opt back in or re-subscribe.

Likewise, if you ever unsubscribed to Maestro Conference Call emails in the past, the 1-hour reminder emails that  are generated by Maestro before your call, will not be received by you until you contact Maestro re-subscribe.

# 4. Accidental typo in your email address when you registered for the course?

It's easy to do, especially these days with so many people using tiny keypads on phones and tablets to place online orders, not to mention the auto-correct feature that sometimes changes what is entered.

If you didn't receive an email receipt and an access email immediately upon ordering, please contact our Support Team for additional assistance.
