Refund Policy for Courses

YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

The Shift Network offers a full money-back guarantee for our courses if requested within a specific time frame, which allows our participants to try out a course risk free and still obtain a refund if they request their money back by the specified date.

Each specific offering has its own refund policy as listed on the registration and order forms. For example, for most courses, the last day for requesting a refund is usually the date of the 3rd course session. 

 

RESOLVING ISSUES:

We also welcome the opportunity to discuss and hopefully resolve your concerns before refunding your payment. If there is something we can assist you with, please submit a Help Request and we'll be happy to see what can be done! 

 

TRANSFERS & CREDITS:

We are happy to discuss options such as transferring you into an alternate course or program if your original selection is not meeting your needs or there is something else you'd rather participate in instead, or applying a credit on your account toward a future offering.

 

REFUND QUALIFICATIONS:

If you've purchased a Shift Network course, and you request a refund within the time frame specified on the order form at the time of your purchase, we're happy to take care of that for you promptly! (No refunds are granted after the specified deadline dates or with scholarship award registrations.)

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

If you would like to proceed with a refund request and you are within the time frame for receiving a refund, simply fill out and submit our brief online Refund Request Form prior to the deadline date in order to receive your refund. All refund requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the completed form.
