Accessing Live Sessions and Free Replays:

 

Where is the Program Schedule and Replays page?

If you've registered to participate in the free summit, we sent you a "Welcome" email containing the to the summit website. On the summit website, you'll find the summit Program Schedule and Replays page where you can listen to the LIVE sessions by audio webcast, (or watch the live streaming video if the summit has video content). This is also where the session replays are posted, within 24 hours after the live sessions. Session replays normally remain available for 48 hours after the recordings are posted. Please let us know if you can't find your "Welcome" email, and we'll be happy to email it over right away. Click here to submit a Help Request.

How do I listen to the live calls?

Like we mentioned above, you can listen to or watch the sessions online by going to the summit website, on the Program page. When you registered, we also emailed you a phone number and personal PIN code to use if you prefer to listen to the live audio calls by phone instead of using the internet. (Don't see the email in your inbox? Please check your spam or your Promotions tab if you use Gmail.) Or, you can use our General Access Number. How do I listen to the free replays?

Recordings are posted on the summit Program Schedule and Replays page, usually within 24 hours after the live call. Then it's available to you for free replay for a limited time, usually 48 hours. (Our annual Summer of Peace Global Summit sessions do not expire after 48 hours, as our gift to everyone!)

To listen, click on the speaker’s name on the left, and the "Play audio" section will appear above the speaker’s bio on the right side of the page once it has been posted.

NOTE: If you don’t see an audio replay option, either the recording is not posted yet, or the free playback window has expired. If you’ve had the Program Schedule and Replays web page open for a while, please refresh or reload the page to update it.

Audio Troubleshooting:

  • Our default audio player will work on most devices by clicking the yellow “Play” button. Make sure that the player is not muted by clicking the "max volume" speaker icon on the right side of the volume bar, and that the volume on your computer/device is turned up. If you’re still not hearing anything, then take one of the following steps and try the “Play” button again:
    • Refresh/reload the Program Schedule and Replays page in your browser.
    • Try viewing the Program Schedule and Replays page in a different web browser.
    • Quit/restart your web browser, and return to the Program Schedule and Replays page.

Where is my free registration bonus?

SUMMIT UPGRADE PACKAGES:

For the majority of our online summit's and events, we also offer amazing upgrade packages that give you permanent access to ALL of the summit audio/video replays, plus transcripts and a collection of special bonuses. This is entirely optional, but if you are enjoying the summit sessions, we highly recommend upgrading so you can access the sessions 24/7 at your convenience, and don't have to stress about missing a live session or catching the replay during the 48-hour window. 

NOTE: All Upgrade materials are available online as digital recordings, and PDF transcripts. We do not provide hard copies or send you any physical mail. We're committed to the environment, and have gone all digital!

I need help signing up for the upgrade package. Who do I contact?

I purchased the Upgrade, but now what? Where do I find the replays, transcripts & bonuses?

If you have purchased the upgrade package, you can access the audio/video replays, transcripts and bonuses on the Premium page of the summit website. When you click on the Premium menu option, you'll be prompted to enter your email address to sign in, (unless you're already signed in). Use the same email address that you submitted on your order form when you purchased the summit. You'll have access to all of the replays as soon as they become available. Remember, live sessions are accessed on the Program page, and are posted on your Premium page within 24 hours of the live sessions. (Transcripts are posted within approximately10 days of the live sessions.)

Note: Our older summit websites don't have a Premium page. You sign it right on the Program page, and once signed in, your content is available directly on that page.

I'm trying to sign in but it says my email address isn't recognized in the system. What now?

Either you registered with a different email address, or something went awry during your registration process. We can fix the problem for you quickly. Simply submit a Help Request and we'll get this sorted out right away.

Why does it say The Shift Network on my credit card statement or receipt?

How can I get a refund for my upgrade package?

For the most part, our customers are very happy with the Shift Network products they buy. However, if you should want a refund for any reason, you will need to submit a refund request here within 60 days of the purchase date on your receipt to let our Customer Service department know you'd like a refund, who will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your completed request form. 

Important Note on Special Offer Packages from Guest Speakers:

During particular summits, such as our annual Winter of Wellness Summit, some of our guest speakers offer special packages on their own products or services. These are purchased directly from the guest speaker, who is responsible for providing their own customer support. Please refer to your purchase receipt or find the contact information on the website of the speaker who made the special offer. Links to the speakers’ websites are provided for you below each speaker's bio on the summit Program Schedule and Replays page.
