Below are instructions for changing the password for logging in to The Shift Network's Customer Support site and Help Center.
Please note that this password applies only to our support site, and has nothing to do with logging in to the courses or summits you have purchased. However, if you are having problems logging in to the courses or summits that you have purchased, our Help Center is the place to get answers or to contact our Support Team who will be more than happy to assist you with your access issues.
IF YOU'VE FORGOTTEN YOUR EXISTING PASSWORD
If you have an existing password for The Shift Network's Customer Support site, but you've forgotten it, click on "Sign In" at the top right of this page.
Then on the login window, click on "Forgot my Password" and follow instructions to obtain a new password.
IF YOU KNOW YOUR PASSWORD & WISH TO CHANGE IT
To change your password to the Customer Support Help Center, first click on Log In at the top right of this page, and sign in using your existing password.
Then click on your name at the top right, and select "Change Password" from the drop-down menu, and follow instructions to obtain a new password.
