What is the schedule, and what are the main program details?

All sessions will be held online through Zoom. There will not be any in-person engagement.

The training program starts on Monday, October 21, 2024 and ends on Monday, December 22, 2025.

2-Hour Live Weekly Practical Application Sessions on Mondays at 10:00am Pacific (48 Total)
Practical Application Sessions are led by our esteemed sound-healing faculty and include lectures, experiential practices, and breakout groups. These inspiring teachers and healers will guide you in learning new practices that you can begin incorporating into your work with sound.

Live Practical Application Sessions are held weekly and will be recorded and available online at your convenience for review. Attending or viewing all sessions is required to receive a Certificate of Completion and it is highly recommended to keep pace and access them in the order they are released.

Live Q&A Sessions on One Wednesday Per Month at 10:00am Pacific (12 Total)
Live Q&A Sessions will be facilitated once per month by teaching faculty and Shift specialists. Attending or viewing Q&A sessions is optional, but they will be recorded and available online at your convenience for review.

75-Minute Live Integration Sessions on One Thursday Per Month at 10:00am Pacific (12 Total)
Live Integration Sessions will be led once per month by Integration Facilitator Fred Johnson. These sessions offer a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of program content and seamlessly incorporate your newly acquired knowledge into your personal life and sound-related endeavors. Integration Sessions will be recorded and available online at your convenience for review. Attending or viewing the recordings of all Integration Sessions is required to receive a Certificate of Completion and it is highly recommended to keep pace and access them in the order they are released.

60-Minute Science & Theory Teaching Sessions (48 Total)
Experience a unique opportunity to be mentored and taught by leading sound-healing faculty through 48 sessions of pre-recorded teaching content with four classes released once per month on select Wednesdays. Viewing all sessions is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Guest Faculty Workshops (4 Total)
Throughout the year, access will be provided on select Wednesdays to pre-recorded online workshops by guest faculty, supplementing and personalizing your year-long experience. Viewing all workshops is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.

What is the cost, and do you offer payment plans?

The investment is $5,000 USD if paid in full, or you can pay in 10 monthly payments of $550 each. Any applicable discounts will be deducted from the total amount at the time of purchase.

If you Apply Now with a payment plan, your first payment will be due upon registration, and subsequent payments will be automatically processed every 30 days until complete. The total payment plan price includes a finance charge.

The $100 application processing fee, which is included in your purchase, is non-refundable.

Are scholarships available?

A limited number of partial scholarships are available. Typical partial scholarships, if awarded, will provide a 25% reduction in cost.

If you are awarded a scholarship and enroll in the program, your purchase will be non-refundable.

What is the refund policy?

The $100 application processing fee is non-refundable.

For standard enrollments, a refund for the program (minus the application fee) is available for any reason on or before Midnight Pacific on November 6, 2024. Refunds will not be available after this date.

To request a refund, please click on this refund request form and submit your request. Qualifying refunds will be processed within five business days of submitting your request and an email confirming the refund will be sent. However, we’d love to have a chance to address and resolve your concerns first. If there’s something we can assist you with, please email us at support@theshiftnetwork.com and we’ll be happy to help!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds are NOT available after the above date, for students repeating the program, or with scholarships.

What if I can't attend sessions live?

Not to worry! We have designed this program to work even for those with busy schedules, as well as for those that live in different time zones.

While we hope you’ll attend as many live sessions as possible, you’ll be able to stream recordings. You’ll never have to worry about missing a session, and you can watch them anytime and anywhere at your convenience.

If you are unable to join sessions live, we request that you access the replay within the same week, when possible, to stay up on the material. All recordings can be accessed on the Program Homepage. Recordings typically become available within 48 hours, and written transcripts within one week. You have ongoing access to these materials.

What are the program requirements?

To receive a certificate of completion in this program means:

  • Attendance requirements: all classes, all workshops, integrations
  • 5 of 6 Formative Assessments (quizzes)
  • 5 of 6 Unit Reflections
  • Capstone Project / Final Project

Sacred Sound Healer Training Program Attendance Requirements:

  • All Science & Theory Classes: [48 total]

  • All Practical Application Classes [48 total]

Watching/attending Q&A sessions is optional. 

Upon successful completion of this program, Students will receive: 

A certificate of completion to commemorate the deep theoretical and practical knowledge you’ve acquired so that you can incorporate these therapeutic sound practices into your work and your life.

How will I receive my certificate of completion?

Upon completing the full year of the program and satisfying all requirements, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion affirming that you’ve been educated and trained in the science, theory, and practical applications of sound healing.

After a 60-day review period following completion of the program, students who successfully complete the year-long immersion requirements will be granted access to a digital certificate of completion.

If I participate, how many hours per month should I plan to dedicate to this training program?

This will vary, but on average you can expect to spend approximately 18-24 hours per month on this program.

Is it possible to audit the program if I love to learn but don’t need a certificate of completion?

Yes! This program will provide excellent learning for everyone who wishes to immerse themselves in this material. Auditing the program is an option for those who don’t feel the need for a certificate of completion. Program requirements would not apply; however, we encourage all participants to engage fully in the program and complete the requirements to gain the full benefit of the teachings. We particularly encourage all participants to join the live Practical Application, Q&A, and Integration Sessions for connection, community, and integration.

Engaging in and participating in all aspects of this offering will help participants gain the full experience of the programs, inform them on whether to change to the certificate of completion track and ensure that a change to the certificate of completion track will go smoothly — and that catching up on all of the requirements and submissions will not be a heavy lift.

May my enrollment be shared with family or friends?

No. We understand that it can be helpful to share with friends and family the meaningful insights, reflections, and revelations you experience during the program.

While we encourage you to share with others what you learn in the program, we ask that you do not share any of the program materials or anything from the Homepage or private Facebook Community Group.

We maintain this policy out of respect for our Faculty and to honor the contractual agreement with them. This program has been designed to replicate an in-person training as much as possible; therefore, each enrollment is designated for that participant.

The Shift Network is happy to offer our 2-for-1 special to spouses or partners living under the same roof for most of our foundational courses with the purchase of one full-price registration. (Spousal participation is offered at the sole discretion of the Shift Network and is subject to availability. Certain exclusions may apply. The Company reserves the right to change or cancel this policy at any time.)

However, we are unable to extend this offer to participants in any of our advanced-level or application contingent programs, such as Certification Programs, Immersion Programs, Coaching or Teacher Trainings, and any courses or programs involving 1:1 faculty coaching and mentoring sessions.

This is a group training. However, during live sessions, there will be opportunities for Q&A that might allow for direct faculty interaction.

Will I need to purchase any materials, supplies, instruments, or equipment for this program?

No, instruments are not required to participate in this program, nor are you required to purchase any other materials, supplies, or equipment. We may make recommendations throughout the program, but their purchase and use are optional.

What are the technical requirements for this program?

As this is an online professional training, intermediate technical skills are required to participate fully in this program. Students are required to have a computer or other device and will be asked to use Zoom and to complete online formative assessments and other reflections and assignments (an iPad or smartphone may suffice, but we recommend a laptop or desktop computer). Students will need to feel comfortable with basic navigation on our website and opening/playing media and other files (logging in, finding class sessions and materials, playing recordings, opening PDF files, etc.), as well as accessing an online Student Portal to submit and track program requirements. Important program information will regularly be sent via email, as well.
