For most of our new live online courses, Community Groups are now hosted right within our private platform, directly from your Course Homepage. This dedicated space is designed for ease, connection, and support — keeping your learning and community all in one secure, integrated place.
Take a moment to see where your course community is hosted. Some of our earlier programs still connect through Facebook groups, while most newer courses now gather in our private forum space, easily accessible from your Homepage.
**Please note that on-demand programs are self-paced and do not include community groups.
👉 Here’s how to access your Community Group:
- Log in to your Customer Access Portal: https://theshiftnetwork.com/access/signin
- Click on the image or title of your course to go to its homepage.
- In the mid-page navigation menu, click the Course (or "Program") Community button:

🛠 First time joining? Here’s what to expect:
- You’ll be prompted to set up a display name and choose an avatar.
- Click Continue to Community.
- Review our Community Guidelines Agreement and click the blue button to agree.
- ...and just like that—you’re in! 🎉

Feel free to take a look around, read through announcements, and jump into any module session discussions. Here are a few key areas:
