How to Update My Community Group Profile (Display Name + Avatar)?

For most of our new live online courses, Community Groups are now hosted right within our private platform, directly from your Course Homepage. This dedicated space is designed for ease, connection, and support — keeping your learning and community all in one secure, integrated place.

Here's how to edit your profile:

📘 Log in to your Customer Access Portal.

• Click on the image or title of your course to go to its homepage.
• In the mid-page navigation menu, click the Course Community button. 

🐾  If this is your first Community Group visit, you’ll be prompted to:

• Set a display name
• Choose an animal avatar 🐻🦉🦊
• Confirm the community guidelines

✏️ To Update Your Profile (...if already set up):

• In your Community Group, click your profile icon in the top menu bar.
• Click Edit next to your Display Name.
• Type in your new name.
• Click the photo icon 🖼 to select a new animal avatar.
• Click Save to update your profile.
• Your new name and avatar will now appear on all your posts and comments.
