Customer Access Portal & Course Homepages

You can access all of your purchased Shift Network programs online through the Customer Access Portal(courses, summit upgrade packages, bonuses), which is where your Course Homepages reside:

  1. Go to the Customer Access Portal:
  2. Sign in with the same email address used when registering for your program. 
  3. Click on the program you wish to access via your Shift library.

If you have registered under multiple emails, simply log out of the Premium Access Website and log back in with a different email address. 


If you have any trouble accessing the Customer Access Portal, please try the following suggestions: 

  • Make sure you are using the same email address you used when registering. If you paid with PayPal, your order will be linked with the email address associated with your PayPal account, and you will need to sign into the Premium Access Website with that email address.
  • Refresh your browser.
  • Try a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome.
  • Clear your cache/cookies.
  • Restart your computer or device.

If you have tried the suggestions above and still cannot access your programs, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

There are a few reasons why your email might not be working to access the Customer Access Portal: 

  • Your order may not have been successfully processed. We can check that out for you and assist you with completing your order. 
  • If there was a typo in the email address used when registering, our system will not recognize the correct email for access. 
  • If a participant agrees to a monthly payment plan and defaults on their payments without resolving the issue within a reasonable amount of time, their registration may be put on hold until they make arrangements with us to resume their payment plan.

Course Homepage

A Course Homepage for each course you purchase will be listed on the Customer Access Portal. 

The Course Homepage for Live Courses will have everything you need to participate in your course, including: 

  • Live session access link (Zoom)
  • Course Community Group access link (Facebook)
  • Audio & video recordings (posted 48 hours following each live session)
  • Transcripts (posted approx. 7 days following each live session)
  • Course materials
  • Deepening Practices (posted the day after each live session)
  • Course bonuses (under Supplemental Materials & Bonuses)

The Course Homepage for On-Demand Courses will have everything you need immediately upon purchase for participating in your self-paced course, including: 

  • Audio & video recordings 
  • Transcripts 
  • Course materials
  • Deepening Practices 
  • Course bonuses (under Supplemental Materials & Bonuses)
