- Refresh the browser page.
- Quit and restart your browser.
- Quit and restart your computer.
- Try a different browser such as Firefox http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ or Chrome https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/
- Clear your cache. Visit: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ and following the button for the browser you are using.
If you are still running into issues, reboot your modem. Power it off, wait about 30 seconds, then power it back on. This will reset your speed to the fastest internet channel available to you.
