Connection Issues

Technical difficulties and connection issues are often browser related. Please try the following suggestions:

  1. Clear your cache/cookies. (
  2. Refresh your browser. 
  3. Open the order form in a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome
  4. Restart your computer or device. 

It is also strongly recommended to ensure Flash Player is up to date on your system. You can do so here:
