Free Introductory Event Access Issues

If you are having trouble accessing a free introductory course event, please try the following suggestions:

1. Clear your cache/cookies.
2. Refresh your browser. 
3. Try a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome.
4. Restart your computer or device.

If you are unable to attend either event time, please be reassured that the event link sent to you by email will also give you access to the recording. The recording will be available within a few hours after the Encore broadcast.
