What programming is involved in the certification program & schedule?

The program starts April 28, beginning with a 9-week Foundations Unit. The Certification  Program will run over the course of 12-months, beginning April 28, 2021.

All sessions will be held online through Zoom Meeting. No in-person engagement.

Class - 2-hours per week on Wednesdays most weeks of the year. Students may attend live or access recording during the same week of the live teaching. There are eight weeks of the year where there will be an additional Tuesday class. Students are expected to attend/access all teaching sessions.

Integration Sessions - (90 minutes) Held on Mondays throughout the month and led by primary Faculty (Russ or Jessica) and lead coach Julie Harris. Students are expected to attend (or access the recording of) two Integration Sessions per month (one with Russ or Jessica and one with Julie).

Learning Labs - Small group cohorts, led by Coach / Facilitators, hand-selected by primary Faculty. Students are expected to attend a minimum of one Learning Lab per month - No Recording Available - Live attendance required. Students will be allowed to select a Learning Lab that fits their schedule and time zone—Learning Lab days and times to be announced as we get closer to the program’s start.

Electives - Workshops will be offered one Monday per month most months of the year on various topics to supplement and expand on the teaching. Topics to be included: Spiral Dynamics, Parenting, Addiction, Enneagram Prison Project, Policing, Relationships, and Intimacy & Sexuality. Students are expected to attend three Electives throughout the year for their certification. Recordings will be available for students to access on their own time.

Experiential Breathwork Sessions - Throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to attend one breathwork session with Jessica Dibb. These highly experiential and transformative sessions will not be recorded. No Recording Available - Live attendance required.

Additional Program Features: Personal reflection journaling, weekly assignments, quarterly assessments, Capstone project, accountability, book-of-the-month, experiential practices, creative expression, and art.
