Signing In to the App (Using Your Portal Login)

You’ll sign in to the Shift Companion app using the same email and login credentials as your Customer Access Portal.

🔐️ When signing in:

  • First-time sign-in: You’ll verify your identity using a one-time authentication code sent to your email
  • New device or browser: You may be asked to enter a new authentication code for security
  • After that: You can choose to sign in with a password (once you’ve set one up)

Set Up or Update Your Password

If you’d like to create or update your password, you can do this anytime through your Customer Access Portal (password changes are not available within the app itself).

Here’s how:

  • Sign in to your Customer Access Portal
  • In your library, click your profile image (upper right) 👤
  • Select My Account ⚙️
  • Update your password and sign-in preference

🔑 Once you've created a password, it will work for both the Portal and the Shift Companion app moving forward (no more codes!).
