Try these steps first:
- 📧 Check your email
Make sure you’re using the same email address you use for your Shift Network courses. - 🔄 Update the app
Confirm you’re using the latest version of the Shift Companion app from the App Store or Google Play. - 🔁 Restart & try again
Fully close the app and reopen it—this can often resolve quick glitches. - 🔐 Authenticate once
Like the Customer Access Portal, the app requires a one-time sign-in. After that, you’ll stay signed in unless you log out or switch devices. - 🌐 Check your connection
If you’re offline, connect briefly to Wi-Fi or data to complete the sign-in process. - 📱 Device & OS
Some issues can be specific to certain devices or operating systems—make a note of yours if the issue continues.
