What is the billing, cancellation, and refund policy, and how do I cancel?



Your Membership fee will automatically process every 30 days. Cancellation requests must be submitted two or more business days before the end of your billing cycle. You will have access to the Membership content and Shift Network discount through the end of your active billing cycle. We do not provide refunds with Membership subscriptions.
