The online video classes will meet via Zoom for 70 Minutes (including 20-Minute interactive breakout groups) on the second & fourth Tuesday of each month at 1 PM Pacific Time.
Rest assured, should you miss a session, streaming replays will be available online via a Membership Homepage. These recordings also make it possible for you to participate at your own pace.
