What is the refund policy?

Your satisfaction with The Shift Network and this program is our highest priority! Your purchase will be refundable on or before Midnight Pacific on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Refunds will not be available after this date. 

To request a refund, please click on this refund request form and submit your request. Qualifying refunds will be processed within five business days and an email confirming the refund will be sent. However, we’d love to have a chance to address and resolve your concerns first.
