If you do not receive a receipt or welcome email shortly after purchase, please see the following suggestions:
- Check your spam, junk, and Promotions folders.
- Did you use a different email address at the time of purchase? Check that account for the emails.
- If you made the purchase via PayPal, check the email account associated with your PayPal account (regardless of the email address you submitted on the Shift Network order form), because that is the email address that the purchase will be under.
